Banks begins his second season as a Runnin Rebel
ranks tied for 36th on the all-time UNLV single-game scoring chart after scoring 36 points vs. San Diego State on Feb. 23, 2002.
JUNIOR (2001-02)
Named the Mountain West Conferences Defensive Player of the Year and to the All-MWC second team
was a two-time MWC Player of the Week
member of the 2001-02 Academic All-Mountain West Conference team
appeared in 31 games and averaged 15.8 points, 3.3 rebounds, 3.0 assists and 2.2 steals per game
shot .470 from the field, .320 from three-point range and .704 from the free throw line
led the MWC in steals, was sixth in scoring, ninth in assists, ninth in assist/turnover ratio and 14th in field goal percentage
led the team in assists and steals and was second in scoring and fourth in rebounding
